The following dates and names are just a part of what makes up the history of Forest Hills Baptist Church.

1917...  Forest Hills established.

1921...  The first meeting place was in a dwelling owned by J.C. Barnes

 

January 7, 1967...  A Sunday School was organized.

December 11, 1967... A church was constituted.

March 1969... A ground-breaking ceremony was led by Pastor Rae Bartle

April 12, 1970... Church Dedication service held.

February 16, 1983 - March 16, 1997... Rev. Don Wells led the church as Pastor.

March 1998 - November 23, 2003... Rev. Doyle Eddings was pastor. 

May 2000... Contemporary services began.

July, 2003... John White was called as Associate Pastor, a part-time position.

January, 2004... John White became Interim pastor.

July 2004... Tyrone Edwards began as Interim pastor.

November, 2004 - present ... Tyrone was called as Pastor.
